Polchenko V.G. is a Soviet Ukrainian artist who is especially famous as the author of portraits and still lifes.
Vsevolod Grigorievich Polchenko was born on April 24, 1926 in Kherson region in Ukraine.
From 1951 to 1956 he studied at the Dnepropetrovsk Art College.
He was participating in the regional, national and international art exhibitions.
Polchenko's paintings were highly appreciated by famous artists and art critics.
His first personal exhibition was held in 1971 in Vinnitsa.
In 1992 the personal exhibition of Polchenko's paintings was organized in Munich (Germany).
Polchenko's paintings are represented in many galleries and private collections in Ukraine, Russia, France, Italy, Australia, Germany, Canada and the United States.
