Lutsenko A.P. is a Soviet Ukrainian painter and a graphic artist.
Anatoliy Pavlovich Lutsenko was born on July 11, 1928 in Kharkov.
From 1949 to 1955 he studied at the Kharkiv State Art Institute. Petr Ivanovich Kotov was his teacher there.
In 1955 and 1956 Lutsenko worked as teacher at the Kharkov Art School, and later - at the Kharkov Art College.
His paintings participated in the local, national and international art exhibitions since 1955.
He had been a member of the Union of Artists of USSR since 1962.
Lutsenko's paintings are represented in the Kharkov Art Museum, many galleries and private collections in Ukraine and abroad.
