Anatoliy Maltsev is an Ukrainian painter and graphic artist.
He was born on September 6, 1941 in Dnepropetrovsk.
In 1962 he graduated from Dnipropetrovsk State Art College.
Maltsev is a permanent participant of art exhibitions.
Maltsev A. is a member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine since 1975.
His paintings are kept in galleries and private collections in Ukraine and abroad.
